Specifications top of the range
We start then by Huawei P40, a phone with 6.1-inch AMOLED display and resolution 2340 x 1080. The processor will be a powerful Kirin 990 SoC, which will manage without problems the most demanding games. There will also 8GB of RAM, the standard for the moment on the devices in this range. The 128GB of storage space will be, as usual for Huawei, expandable, just a Nano Memory.
The camera department counts on perspective from 50MP with an aperture f / 1.9, a wide angle and a telephoto lens 8MP 16MP with optical image stabilization. On paper so nothing to complain about, and knowing the recent past Huawei imagine that the software will live.
In front we have instead a view to 32MP with an aperture of f / 2.2.
The battery will eventually 3800mAh.
Huawei P40 Pro will instead have a curved panel AMOLED 6.58 inches, with 90Hz refresh rate and resolution 2630 x 1200.
SoC and RAM will be the same mounted on the younger brother, while the storage space will be chosen to be 128 or 256GB, always expandable via Nano Memory.
On the back we have a camera with three different optics. One is from 50MP, with optical stabilizer and focal aperture of f / 1.9. Then there is wide-angle and a telephoto lens unit from 40MP 12MP with an aperture of f / 3.4.
The battery is in this case by 4.200mAh.
Both models feature a sensor for fingerprints placed under the screen, solution increasingly used in high-end devices. The phones will be sold with the rapid charger (Superfast Charger) 40W, but it seems that there will be wireless headsets Freebuds 3.
